This sector is advanced through forums such as the BRICS Ministers of Justice Meeting, judicial and legal expert dialogues, and academic and professional exchanges that address key areas including legal reform, access to justice, alternative dispute resolution, anti-corruption efforts, cyber law, human rights, and public administration.

The cooperation also contributes to shaping global legal norms and governance standards, supporting multilateralism, and reinforcing the role of law in sustainable development, inclusive institutions, and international cooperation.
