About the Meeting
This technical-level meeting convenes statisticians and subject-matter experts from BRICS national statistical offices to advance cooperation in specific statistical domains.
It supports the development of joint statistical projects, the harmonisation of definitions and classifications, and the sharing of technological innovations in data collection, processing, and dissemination. The meeting also contributes to capacity-building and mutual learning among BRICS statistical systems.
