Raisina Dialogue 2022 | BRICS has a vast and ambitious agenda. But, since 2015, movement on them has slowed. Till 2015-2016 there appeared to be a common vision of world affairs among the BRICS countries.
However, since then, have differences arisen in this common vision? How much is this lack of convergence affecting the ability of BRICS to move forward? How will events in Europe, namely the war in Ukraine, affect BRICS?
